This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products.
  • Collaborate with business professionals to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps defect resolutions and enhancement requests.
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create visually appealing and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps within the Branch Channel.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio Agents (Power Virtual Agents), integrated with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams, to enable intelligent internal knowledge access.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools—including GitHub Copilot, Power Platform AI features (e.g., AI Builder, Power Automate), and Azure AI services—to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support automation across the enterprise.
  • Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and client-side components to enhance modern SharePoint site capabilities.
  • Deploy SPFx solutions to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  •  Experience designing, building, and deploying Copilot Studio agents for business cases.
  •  Knowledge of conversation flows, topics, triggers, and data actions in Copilot Studio.
  •  Experience developing custom components using PCF for Power Apps.
  •  Familiarity with modern SharePoint UI/UX practices and Fluent UI design principles.
  •   Proven experience leading development projects, preferably in financial technology or a similar industry.
  •   Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to balance scope, time, cost, and quality.
  •  Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
  •  Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex requirements into executable strategies.
  •  Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and promote a positive, collaborative environment.
  •  Demonstrated ability to take full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
