What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - STAR Program Coordinator 

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

Expected start date: June 2025

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

 

 

• The SAP STAR (Student Training and Rotation) Program is a multi-year internship program focused on creating sustained success for undergraduate students in the Newtown Square area.  The STAR Program Coordinator works with the STAR Program Manager to facilitate the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, programming, and conversion efforts for the program
• The STAR Program Coordinator supports STAR Students throughout the duration of their time in the program, advocating for their success in each rotation they perform.  The engagement with STAR Students creates an environment where students can grow their skills, knowledge, and network
• This position will provide an opportunity to contribute to one entire cycle of the STAR Program, from recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, to planning and executing trainings and events, to conversion efforts for students upon graduation

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

• Education: Pursuing a degree (preferably a Master’s) in Business or a related field
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
• Community Development / Employee Enablement experience is preferred
• Experience interviewing and screening qualified candidates for internship/full-time roles is preferred

The SAP STAR Program Team is global vocational training program, running in 14 countries around the world.  The team works together to run their programs with the same goal – to foster the growth of the next generation of talent.  Each program runs slightly differently, due to differences in curriculum, timelines, and business need in each office, but the lessons we take from our respective programs are used to help the global initiative thrive.
