Job Description

You Will:
- Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities and provide administrative support to our world-renowned clinicians
- Ensure patients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner by functioning as the primary contact for the practice where you are responsible for scheduling patients’ tests, appointments, and procedures
- Communicate effectively with the clinical teams via email, phone, and in person and follow up on pending items within the appropriate timeframes
- Update and maintain the electronic medical records (EMR), schedule and coordinate appointments for patients, and respond to messages on the patient portal
You Are:
- An effective communicator, capable of resolving how to reach different audiences
- Adept at building partnerships to meet shared objectives and goals
- Flexible in your approach and demeanor to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances
You Have:
- Two to four years of relevant experience in an administrative or patient-facing role
- Strong digital literacy
- Ability to handle acutely ill patients in stressful situations
