You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth Warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a great team and experts in the industry.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Sales Support:</strong></p> <p>· Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing.</p> <p>· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.</p> <p>· Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.</p> <p>· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.</p> <p>· Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.</p> <p><strong>Warehouse Operations:</strong></p> <p>· Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products.</p> <p>· Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.</p> <p>· Prepare shipments and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders.</p> <p>· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations.</p> <p>· Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.</p> <p>· Stand and/or walk for extended periods.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Sales Reporting and Analysis:</strong></p> <p>· Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and reports.</p> <p>· Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review.</p> <p>· Identify sales trends and opportunities to drive business growth</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p&
