The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with specialized knowledge and experience in Salesforce to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a cohesive enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's objectives.  This role offers the opportunity to shape the technological landscape of our organization and drive transformative change.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into IAM solutions that meet security, compliance, and usability requirements.

2. Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability, and with consideration on the appropriate long-term solution.

3. Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions.

4. Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.

5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.

6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

7. Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

8. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and training to team members.

9. Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards.

10. Participate in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise architecture.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role (technical lead, principal engineer, etc)., with at least 7 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems.

  • Experience with third party managed packages, API integration principles
