HR Shared Services Representative Sr.

The Senior Human Resources Shared Services Representative is responsible for ensuring the data integrity of all reports related to Inova Health System's Human Resources Information Systems. Reviews audit reports and makes corrections as needed to ensure data accuracy. Processes all new hires from the applicant tracing system to the HR and payroll systems. Produces reports and supports the HR Shared Services department when they receive a high call volume.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Supports Human Resources Information Systems leadership on various projects as needed
• Runs reports to perform individual and department-wide audits
• Complies with Inova Health System's confidentiality and security policies
• Closes cases within one business day after cases are escalated
• Supports the Human Resources Shared Services Representative when cases and questions are escalated
• Answer all calls, at any time, when the HR Shared Services Center receives a high volume of calls
• Reviews all information from application tracking system before it is processed in the Onboarding, and HR and Payroll systems
• Audits processes by running reports to ensure data is processed accurately such as I-9 completion, new hires, transfers, and leaves
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Requirements

Experience - 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Education - High School or GED
