Overview of the Role: The Project Coordinator is a position whose key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in building client deliverables from each of Leaderboard’s key areas of expertise
- Track and create meeting notes and next step reports
- Support Leaderboard client teams on project‐related tasks and deliverables
- Assist in developing project timelines and status updates for internal and client teams
- Participate in the creation of proposals and statements of work
- Other Leaderboard tasks related to general project management

- Extremely strong organization and time‐management skills; a proactive and diligent nature
- Efficient and effective working style to ensure deadlines are met
- Fast learner with demonstrated success in fast‐paced environment
- Self‐starter and accountable
- Highly organized and detail‐oriented
- Strong written and communication skills
- Innovative and inquisitive to learn new things and explore new products/ideas
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe creative suite is a plus, but not necessary
- 1‐2 years of professional experience appreciated
- Branding / Advertising passion a big plus
