Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Program Manager / Product Owner

Orlando, FL or Miami, FL (Onsite)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, developing metrics for, and tracking the effectiveness of Kaseya’s digital adoption initiatives. These include communication, learning and development, and product usability initiatives to drive internal and external adoption and engagement with Kaseya software products. The DAP Program Manager works closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to develop and execute a holistic program for digital adoption with a focus on enhancing and expanding traditional documentation processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform intake, needs assessment, and prioritization of digital adoption requests.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand department and company goals for digital adoption software and initiatives.
• Work with staff to quickly design solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
• Manage project execution, reporting, and content management for digital adoption initiatives.
• Research and develop strategy and solutions to meet company and department goals for digital adoption.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions to ensure an adequate return on investment (ROI) from digital adoption initiatives.
• Partner with digital adoption solution builders on other teams throughout the organization, operating a “center of excellence” that ensures a unified request process, standardizes the look, feel, and brand adherence of digital content, and defines clear and consistent KPIs to measure engagement with digital adoption deplorables.
• Promote the value of digital adoption technologies throughout Kaseya.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
• Ability to understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the digital adoption and documentation tools in use at Datto and available at large.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong technical writer and editor.
• Understanding of jQuery, HTML, DOM attributes, CSS selectors, stylesheets, and software concepts such as error handling, branching logic, and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Creative problem solver.
