We are looking for A-Players who have experience in project management and onsite field supervision of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects with living homeowners ($300K-$4M homes and turning many projects per month), and who are looking for the industry's most generous bonus opportunities!

Compensation:
- Base Salary of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
- Generous performance-based bonuses with no cap – A-Players should be able to make over $100,000 in bonuses

- You will report directly to our Operations Manager
- As our Senior Project Manager on residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, you would be responsible for managing multiple projects at a high Gross Profit Margin while creating an exceptional client experience (5-Star Google Reviews) for every client on every project and planning and supervising projects from start to finish

Your responsibilities would include:
- Coaching Junior Project Managers
- Managing three to five Field Supervisors
- Ensuring a high Gross Profit Margin per project
- Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review on every project
- Measuring at the project site to order project materials
- Ordering cabinetry and other materials from our preferred vendors
- Coordinating the timely delivery of project materials
- Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
- Over-communicating with clients and install teams, including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin, within the client investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
- Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Operations Manager, the General Manager, and/or other teammates
- Running multiple project sites effectively, efficiently, and safely
- Recruiting installer teams (1099s and W-2s)
- Participating in Operations Team meetings
- Project Manager (preferably Operations Manager) experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling, both with respect to high-end homes and turning many projects per month
- Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling,
