About the role

What we’re looking for: 

Sift is looking for a Systems Administrator to oversee our robust GTM tech stack leveraged by both our sales and post-sales teams. This role will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of our current tooling in addition to recommending, evaluating and implementing new tools into our ecosystem to increase the team’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about process improvement, automation, data quality, and integrations. In addition to being an adept and experienced technical administrator, you are able to think strategically about how we can leverage technology to help the Sift GTM team achieve our goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Administration, Configuration, and Optimization: You will own the day to day administration of our tech-stack across our sales and service teams. This includes, but is not limited to Salesforce, Zoominfo, Gong, Outreach, etc. In addition to keeping things running smoothly, you will constantly be looking for ways to better integrate and automate our systems to increase data integrity and help make our sales and service teams more efficient.
  • System Integrations: Orchestration across platforms is key to making the most of a robust tech stack, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our key systems are properly integrated and communicating with one another. 
  • Evaluation and Implementation: We’re always looking for ways to improve, and you’ll always be on the lookout for more optimal tooling. Whether it’s net-new functionality to help us grow faster, or replacing a current system with something that will yield better results, you’ll be responsible for running end-to-end evaluations, designing implementation plans, and actioning on them all the way through to end-user adoption.
  • Data Infrastructure and Integrity:  You are the stewart of the data within the systems you oversee. Through proper validation, quality assurance, and process design, you will ensure that good data is going in so that we are able to output actionable insights. You will also ensure the teams have all of the information they need at their fingertips by owning the ETL of key metrics from within our analytics database.
  • Reporting and Analytics:  Finally, you will help create SFDC reports and dashboards to help ICs and management properly understand the performance and health of their teams.You’ll work with our BI team as a liaison, educating them on the structure of the data within our tech stack.

What would make you a strong fit:

  • 6+ years of being the primary system administrator for GTM teams. You should have working experience with tools similar to Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, Conga, etc.
  • SFDC administration experience is a must. At a minimum you must be proficient  with creating custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, flows/workflows/process builders, etc. APEX/Visual force experience is a plus. Certifications are also a plus.
  • Some familiarity with SQL required 
  • Previous experience with ETL tools strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working/integrating with marketing automation tools such as Marketo/Hubspot a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships

Sift takes into account many factors in determining compensation, including level, location, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
