Job Purpose and Impact

You are part of a young, motivated technical team (maintenance and reliability). All technical processes, maintenance measures, downtimes and troubleshooting are controlled and implemented within this department. This function reports to the maintenance manager.

Within this position, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing maintenance work in the areas of utility technology, building technology and infrastructure. This affects all supply interfaces in the factory for water, air, steam, heat, cold and wastewater. In addition, as a fire protection officer, you will be responsible for the operational operation of sprinkler and fire extinguishing systems. You independently determine the technical priorities after consultation with production and supervise the implementation of the maintenance work. You will have a strong on-site presence and ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with applicable safety regulations - especially through on-site inspections.
You have the ability to familiarize yourself with technical problems, develop solutions and act decisively.

Qualifications

• Technicians/ Master craftsmen with a technical specialty
• Several years of practical work experience in a technical area (maintenance, assembly, dismantling, plant engineering, manufacturing, production, etc.)
• Experience leading teams and/or contractors
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various technical processes and problems
• Being proactive about things. See, plan, act.
• Understanding of technical documentation
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
• Good MS Office knowledge
