Strategy and Operations Principal Lead, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  
• 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical, or a related field.
  
• Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a deadline-driven productivity.
  
• Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
  
• Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

As a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead, you will be part of a team providing project leadership to solve strategic questions in the gTech organization. You will develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues across the regions. You will lead and manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale. You will be working with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product strategies, working with leadership to develop and prioritize initiatives, and conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver execution.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the leadership on key strategic initiatives and building operational accuracy, helping chart out and
