And we have fun doing it. A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a member of the Nursery Yard Team at Mulhalls Garden + Home, you will report to the Nursery Yard Manager. You will assist our customers in finding all the plants, amendments, services and advice they might need to beautify their homes and community. Other tasks will include restocking, organizing, tagging, and moving merchandise in an efficient and organized fashion – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country. YOUR IMPACTo Model our three-step, Every Experience Counts process: Introduce Yourself, “Let Me Take Care of That,” and Keep It Seamlesso Fulfill the needs of the department by maintaining the availability necessary to cover all critical zoneso Stock merchandise, according to the planogram, on the sales flooro Support our Front-End Team during backups at the cash registers by executing merchandise purchases, returns, exchanges, and encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty program and advocate for our Community Round-Up partnero Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
