We are looking for a Director, Program Management Office (PMO) to own the operational heartbeat of DNSFilter's marketing organization — bringing structure to speed, discipline to growth, and clarity to complexity across all marketing programs and strategic initiatives. This is a mission-critical leadership position and the single point of accountability at the center of how Marketing and broader GTM operate, partnering across Demand Generation, Field & Channel Marketing, Communications & Investor Relations, Content & Creative, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate is a highly capable operator who thrives in complexity, drives accountability at pace, and has a proven track record delivering cross-functional programs at scale in high-growth SaaS environments.

In this role, you will:
- Own the planning, tracking, and delivery of all marketing programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to pipeline, revenue, and company objectives in order to turn strategy into measurable execution; identify risks early and drive resolution to keep programs on track
- Build and maintain a high-performance PMO function by standardizing workflows, processes, and reporting across the marketing organization to drive clarity, speed, and accountability — with a relentless focus on who is doing what, by when, and with what outcome
- Own and optimize DNSFilter's Asana instance as the central system of execution, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance cross-functional visibility; continuously evolve tooling and workflows to support scale
- Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing, Finance, and Legal to oversee budget tracking, spend management, forecasting, and vendor and contract management; ensure all commercial and legal processes are executed efficiently and correctly
- Work pan-GTM across Sales, Partners, and Customer teams to remove friction, ensure alignment, and accelerate delivery across all programs
- Provide regular reporting on program status, budget utilization, and execution performance to the CMO and executive leadership to ensure transparency and accountability
To qualify for this role, you have:
- Proven experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, or PMO leadership within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs at scale with measurable outcomes, with the ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
- Experience working closely with Finance and Legal functions, including budget management, vendor agreements, and commercial processes; commercially aware with a clear understanding of budget and financial impact
- Deep familiarity with project management tools, with hands-on Asana experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with a relentless focus on accountability and delivery
- Experience implementing or scaling a PMO function from the ground up in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing operations or program management workflows
- Background working in cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise technology industries
- Ability to work hours overlapping with ET hours
