HR Partner, Digital Application Services
RTX Enterprise Services (ES) has an exciting opportunity for an HR Partner to join the team . This dynamic and fast-paced role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives supporting Corporate Digital Technology teams across multiple sites. The HR Partner will collaborate with the business as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, organizational learning and development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. In this role, you will partner and collaborate with the HR Lead and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources operating model. This position will also work on key priorities and initiatives as part of the broader Enterprise Services HR team.
What You Will Do
- Effectively partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders as a trusted advisor to all levels of the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, organizational learning and development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics.
- Execute foundational HR processes: performance management, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, compensation and talent development.
- Model employee advocacy and objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues and work with appropriate organizational stakeholders.
- Participate and collaborate as an integral part of the ES HR team. Participate in and/or lead projects that encompass both domestic and international locations.
- Focus on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
- Travel up to 15%, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a business partner or generalist role.
- U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/ contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience coaching managers regarding employee performance, talent development and / or employee relations.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn and passion for speed and agility.
- Highly adaptable and agile to manage and influence complex and evolving priorities.
- Experience working with senior leadership to communicate and implement HR programs to support business objectives.
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization while handling high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data and expertise in systems, anticipating second and third order of effects when making recommendations.
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
