Internship Program: HealthEdge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Care Solutions team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover HealthEdge weekly series. Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and more!
Your Impact
- Assist with preparing, updating, and publishing release documentation for product updates and enhancements.
- Review documentation for gaps and use AI tools (such as Claude) to generate or refine missing content; incorporate responses into polished, accurate documentation updates.
- Apply new team style and formatting standards to existing content to ensure consistency across documentation.
- Identify duplicate or outdated image files within the documentation library and streamline usage by consolidating references to a single, approved image.
- Update existing documentation to improve accessibility, including making images compliant with accessibility standards (ex: alt text, naming conventions, readability).
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Library Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (ex: Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Innovative thinker - willing to try new things and propose new ideas
- Curious - loves to understand they "why" and ask questions
- Motivated - enjoys being busy and contributing to the team
- High attention to detail
