As a full time, non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule: This position will work a day shift 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay:  $18 - $23 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Facility: Pulaski Memorial Hospital located in Winamac, IN is a locally owned 25-bed critical access facility offering ER/ICU, inpatient & outpatient services including: Physical and Speech Rehabilitation services, radiology & diagnostic imaging to name a few. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 12:00pm.

Required Qualifications:  

•       High School Diploma or GED
•       Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
•       Indiana Licensure/Registration/Certification requirements
•        Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
•  Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

•       (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
•       (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
•       Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
•       Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
•       (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
•       COVID Vaccine
