Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. No robots here, just real people helping real customers. 
• Verify and update customer information in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Support Technicians with checkouts and record updates. 
• Respond to chats and emails as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience providing excellent customer service by phone 
• Strong multitasking skills; handle calls while maintaining detailed notes in the CRM 
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and clear communication style
• Ability to think independently, problem-solve, and leverage available resources 
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
