The purpose of this job is to manage and optimise our core health processing systems, with a particular focus on the Eclipse platform, Hospital Case mix Protocol (HCP) reporting and updates, Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) processing and updates, and ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS functionality and updates. 

This position plays a key role in ensuring Bupa’s claims and health information management is accurate, efficient, and meets all regulatory compliance supporting both operational and strategic business objectives. You’ll work as part of a broader team within Bupa that supports the claims processing and reporting on claims processing to meet internal and regulatory requirements.


This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Adelaide.

 

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Extensive experience with health claims processing platforms, preferably Eclipse.
  • Strong working knowledge of DRG methodologies and ICD10 coding standards. 
  • Experience in provider data management and health system integrations.
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership and people management skills
