Conduct case-worker case file reviews for quality control standards and compliance.

Job Description

• Reviews and edits case files, analyzes potential errors, and assesses gaps in quality
• Documents findings to ensure contractual performance expectations are met
• Creates and analyzes quality reports for management review
• Reviews quality standards, study existing policies and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of quality control Program
• Creates, implements, and monitors standard operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum two plus years related experience; Workforce experience preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge of quality control procedures and federal, state, and local coalition laws and mandates
• Demonstrate knowledge of computers and knowledge of data management processes
• Demonstrate knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures
