We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and performance.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Presentation of the mission – We are hiring.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Graphic and Printing Technician will work closely with the NPI team, the personalisation team and the local engineers at the Idemia manuf sites.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Graphic and Printing Technician will have the following tasks:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Qualify new inks, new structures, new processes according to a defined test plan - Deploy new inks, new structures, new processes in Idemia sites</li> <li>Benchmark and ensure technical exchanges with suppliers, seek out possible new technologies to improve Idemia's printing performance</li> <li>Coordinate graphics and printing projects with all the key players involved, reviewing the industrial project to ensure that the solution fully meets industrial expectations</li> <li>Manage planning, issues and actions, and internal/external communication</li> <li>Assisting Idemia's manufacturing sites with technical issues, ramping up production and sharing best practice</li> <li>Provide work instructions in coordination with the Engineering/Methods team of the site concerned</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The IDEMIA difference – Why should you choose IDEMIA?</p> <p> </p> <p>By choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will contribute to a safer world, collaborating with an international and global community.
