Senior GL Accountant

Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As part of the Corporate General Ledger team, you will act as key-user for VAT affairs, as well as provide accurate and timely accounting of the Corporate entities.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support Accounting in the monthly closing</li><li>ICO reconciliation</li><li>Support the Group VAT Manager by preparing VAT declarations and acting as a single point-of-contact for tax related issues to both internal and external entities</li><li>Prepare the cash flow forecasts for the Corporate entities</li><li>Closely liaise with the other Corporate General Ledger team members and others, such as Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Tax.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant area</li><li>Previous experience in similar responsibilities (international experience is a plus)</li><li>Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills</li><li>Solid communication skills to interact with several stakeholders</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office, namely MS Excel, and ERP (SAP is a plus)</li><li>Resident in Ovar or nearby area</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What do we offer you?</p><ul><li>Working closely together with other rack stars in an open and enthusiastic culture</li><li>An attractive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, in an international environment</li></ul>
