This program will begin May 12th, 2025, and end on August 15th, 2025.  Enjoy the perks of a Hybrid work opportunity in beautiful downtown Indianapolis. 

     

The Talent and Image intern will work with our Talent & Image team. This role requires a hand’s on and high energy approach, where you'll help execute exciting summer programming for interns across Central Indiana. As an intern with the Talent & Image team, you will play a key role in organizing and marketing events, supporting recruitment efforts, creating digital content, and assisting with post-event analysis to ensure the success of our internship programs. 

Requirements

  

Event Execution & Marketing Support

• Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of various summer events for interns across Central Indiana.
• Work closely with the team to develop and distribute marketing materials (social media content, flyers, etc.) to promote summer events.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, including registration, check-ins, and logistics.

Post-Event Surveys & Data Analysis

• Create and distribute post-event surveys to gather feedback from event participants.
• Compile and analyze survey data to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

Recruitment for College Ambassador Program

• Help recruit and onboard participants for the College Ambassador Program, aimed at showcasing the benefits of living and working in Indianapolis.
• Engage with students at local colleges and universities to build excitement around the program.

Content Creation & Article Writing

• Write and publish articles and blog posts after events, capturing key moments and insights, and sharing the impact on social media and other platforms.
• Assist in the creation of promotional content for future events, highlighting the Indy Chamber's summer programs and community impact.

·Website Development for Partner Organizations

• Collaborate with local organizations to create simple, engaging websites that highlight their company culture and the Indianapolis community.
• Ensure all websites are aligned with brand standards and provide relevant, engaging content.
