We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Frontend Engineer! 

What You Will Do 

• Turn flat UI/UX designs and style guides into functional user interfaces, architected to a high standard  

• Focus on delivering the fastest experience to the customers both UI/UX and tech stack optimization  

• Create incredible experiences for the customer through your detailed understanding of the latest frontend web development technologies  

• Create e-commerce applications in a regulated environment  

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on the life cycle of our product 

• Build extremely performant components, while being mindful of cross browser compatibility and performance issues for both desktop and mobile platforms 

• Understand design patterns and write reusable, modular code 

• Participate in peer code reviews; offering and receiving candid feedback 

• Actively participate in architectural discussions 

What You Will Need: 

• 4+ years of frontend development experience 

• Expertise in writing performant and maintainable JavaScript, React.js and Redux. 

• Experience with Android development, Capacitor, webviews or hybrid mobile. 

• Strong opinions on how to best build software and a willingness to advocate for and uphold code quality through comprehensive code review. 

• Confidence to push back against stakeholders when the long-term health of the platform is put in jeopardy. 

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of core engineering principles 

• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and continuous integration and delivery 

• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several key stakeholder groups 

• Experience leading and owning projects from beginning to end 

• You are detail and results oriented with excellent problem solving skills 

• Good communication and collaborative skills, working with developers, designers, managers, vendors, and stakeholder across a wide range of expertise areas  

• Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships and demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs 

• Excellent time and project management skills
