The Role at a Glance
We are excited to be hiring a Sr. Consultant, Business Transformation in our Workplace Solutions (WPS) business transformation team. We are on an exciting journey to transform our operations and drive profitable growth. In this position will be responsible for leading and driving our business transformation projects, with a focus on sourcing and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects, across WPS. You will provide sourcing/transition management expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for your assigned area(s). You will consult management on complex transformation projects to drive project progress and success, as well as liaise with stakeholders and vendors to secure resources, facilitate discussions/decisions, lead project activities, and resolve issues.
What you'll be doing
- Identify/validate new opportunities for business transformation (sourcing and automation) in assigned business area
- Create business case and cost benefit analysis, in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors, to obtain funding for assigned initiatives
- Create project plans working in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors utilizing standard methodologies and templates
- Deliver projects per agreed upon timeline, scope, benefits and quality, while ensuring delivery of the targeted CBA from the project
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including executive management, to create alignment for the assigned projects
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 5 – 7+ Years experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Prior experience with business transformation initiatives specially outsourcing and RPA
- Knowledge & skill of how to manage conflict, issues & changes in order to ensure that stakeholders & the project team remain in agreement on the scope, how requirements are communicated to stakeholders & how knowledge gained is maintained for future use
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of group insurance and/or retirement plan business operations
- Prior process improvement experience methodologies

Pay Range: $90,300 - $164,700
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
