CTCT Software Technical Steward 

Job Location: Remote - Global

Location:  Dayton, OH, Peoria, Il 

Role Definition:

Provides direction and engineering support for design and development of complex technologies, components, systems, products, or services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical strategy and direction for CTCT Application and Platform Software

• Two-way communication with leaders in CTCT to establish and maintain a shared, consistent understanding of the direction and goals to deliver business  outcomes

• Active participation in finding technical solutions that will satisfy both Caterpillar and Trimble expectations

• Work with other CTCT Software leaders on decisions that cross multiple product teams

• Work with other technical leaders to establish standards, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement that leads to the best outcomes

• Use an understanding of technology trends, directions, and approaches from adjacent industries to identify opportunities, and influence outcomes, for CTCT Software

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathmatics curriculum.
