Position Overview

This role ensures a consistently high-quality end-to-end user experience across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and User Success by driving alignment, rigor, and follow-through across complex, cross-functional work.

This person may also manage external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality outcomes, alignment with internal teams, and the flexibility to adapt as program and product needs evolve over time.
