WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This person will be  responsible for part inventory movement, schedule mix deployment, serial number assignment, label generation, device history record initiation, nonconformance reporting, and finished inventory claims.

 

YOUR ROLE

• Picking inventory parts timely in order to stage carts or builds for the schedule model mix.

• Initiation of device history record packets including serial number initiation and label generation.

• Finished product claims.

• Assist to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Receive incoming parts according to purchase orders (P.O.s) if assigned to receiving

• Perform safe practices and duties relative to the operation of banders, pallet jacks, forklifts, and any other mechanical equipment.

• Assist to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Generation and inspection of product labels.

• Stage product timely utilizing extreme attention to detail and ensuring schedule mix accuracy.

• Uses company software and programs to assess and maintain inventory accounting.

• Address and create nonconformance reports (NCR’s) for non-conforming parts daily.

• Move accepted material to the stock location for “put away”.

• Ensure work area and equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times.

• Follow first in first out FIFO practices.

• Complete company assigned training courses.

• Perform other duties as assigned

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

• Work in areas with light to moderate noise

• Standing and walking is required for extended periods of time

• Require high degree of manual dexterity, which could be performed under restrictive conditions

• Work in areas where special apparel and safety equipment may be required at times.

• Requires flexible hours and short notice overtime

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

• High School Diploma or equivalence

• Ability to operate pallet jacks

• Experience with material handling / receiving processes

• Some computer skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. without assistance

• Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, crawl, kneel

• Consistent and regular attendance is a requirement of the position
