Product Operations Specialist

YOUR CHALLENGE:

1. Stakeholder & Internal Alignment

• Serve as the main operational contact for stakeholders, product and tech teams.
  
  
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure consistent execution across all major projects.
  
  
• Act as the bridge between operations and product/tech to translate stakeholder needs into actionable improvements.

2. Project Management & Implementation

• Lead cross-functional projects tied to global partnerships — from scoping and planning to execution, rollout, and performance tracking.
  
  
• Oversee partner onboarding and expansion initiatives in new markets or channels.
  
  
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth implementation.

3. Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the product and tech processes.
  
  
• Own all internal tooling for product roadmaps, delivery and bugs and outline a key process to capture and and improve usage of tooling.
  
  
• Evaluate and continuously improve internal processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Facilitate alignment between Operations, Product, and Market Management on key deliveries.
• Drive accountability and clarity across teams to ensure initiatives are well-executed and partner commitments are met.

 ABOUT YOU:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across geographies and disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with product and project management tools (e.g., productboard, Asana, Jira, jellyfish) .
