Chief Commercial Officer/Co-founder - Women's Health

We are passionate about enhancing lives through holistic science and technology, and we are looking for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our dynamic team and develop and lead commercial strategy.

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the platform. You will lead the development and execution of our business strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership. This role encompasses market validation, sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the KRING Venture Building team on commercial goals aligning with the overall mission and vision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy and operations of the business towards profitable, sustainable growth.
• Validate value proposition/ product-market fit and identify target customer segments
• Convert the project concept into a feasible business model.
• Develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Design and implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Lead and motivate a high-potential team to achieve set objectives.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated passion for women's health
• Experience in operating within high-growth startups or scale-ups is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or commercial lead of Saas or digital health companies is desirable and advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for women's health and wellness.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Knowledge of menopause and women's health issues is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Practical Information:

As a co-founder at KRING, you will be an integral part of our venture-building team, accelerating our venture's growth trajectory. Upon successfully validating the Menopause project, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Co-Founder role, with a competitive startup salary and equity package, driving the strategic direction of the new venture.

• Timeline: Ongoing interviews with deadline on the 27th of July. The start date is flexible based on finding the right candidate.
