As our Sr Financial Analyst, you support the Finance and Accounting departments. You will coordinate with leadership and various team members to prepare and analyze data for multiple related entities in a rapid-growth business. This position reports to the Directors of Finance and Accounting. Your duties will include the following:
- Provide financial insights and guidance, contributing to the development, maintenance, and analysis of company budgets, forecasts, cost data, and operational plans
- Analyze data from competitive sources to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for peak financial performance
- Ensure accurate, timely financial data included in all deliverables, reflective of the organization's strategic goals, driving data-informed decision-making
- Support cost-saving initiatives, drives process improvements, and ensures financial governance and oversight throughout the organization
- Collaborate with cross-departmental leadership to understand and assess analysis needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Create, track and report out on meaningful metrics and key performance indicators
- Prepare financial models to provide insights to key stakeholders
- Participate in developing and maintaining financial models to support the budgeting, new business developmental, market expansion, and forecasting process
- Create clear, visually engaging reports to present complex data in an easily digestible and easily actionable format for stakeholders
- Identify, generate and implement SOPs to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in recurring reporting cycles
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry/payor regulatory requirements
- Offer guidance and support to accounting and finance teammates

- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing complex issues, such as payment discrepancies.
