You & your role

As Senior UX Designer Engineering Experience, you know the secrets of designing seamless engineering journeys that empower developers to deliver secure and compliant software. You will be responsible for improving the engineering journey in a complex stakeholder field, including tribe and area leads, product owners, developers, and other experts. Imagine innovating and enhancing internal products and services, collaborating with passionate designers and researchers, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that truly make a difference.

Examples from practice

• Designing intuitive solutions for complex user journeys within a technology-driven environment.

• Leading creative workshops to align stakeholders and drive impactful change.

• Developing prototypes in Figma that simplify compliance and security processes for engineers.

Fun & work

You will be part of the engineering experience design team, responsible for the design process and working closely with stakeholders, other designers, and researchers. You will translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions and motivate your team to deliver the best results. You & your talent

• 5–10 years of experience as a UX Designer.

• Strategic and analytical thinker, able to translate complex problems into simple solutions.

• Experienced in working on complex user journeys.

• Creative and impactful in finding solutions within a complex IT landscape (buiten kaders kunnen denken).

• Able to maintain a user-centred mindset in a technology-driven environment (focus op klant).

• Skilled at manoeuvring in a large organisation and gaining support for ideas (bouwen aan relaties).

• Fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma and familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation.

• Proven ability to motivate and bring a design team together (stimuleren van samenwerking).

• Excellent communication skills in English.
