<p>Join our Autonomous Driving platform team, that works alongside our agile feature teams to develop sophisticated functions, to present the most advanced autonomous driving functionalities to the driver of BMW vehicles. As part of our project team for the next generation integration platform you will lead and manage the safety aspects of this platform that enables both drivers control and autonomous driving for the future generation of cars of the BMW Group. </p> <p> </p> <p>What awaits you?</p> <ul> <li>Being a safety Expert with a profound experience working with safety critical embedded systems you care about designing the safety architecture for our high-performance POSIX Software Platform</li> <li>With your expert knowledge you ensure, that the behavior of the platform meets the safety requirements from the customer function and integration perspective.</li> <li>Defining platform safety even on a lower system level is your profession and with your experience from other projects you will be leading the platform safety system definition.</li> <li>As an expert you will furthermore support the feature teams in defining, documenting, and delivering safety requirements to the platform projects.</li> <li>In your daily work, you will find yourself in an international and interdisciplinary environment and collaborate intensively with our high-tech industry partners.</li> <li>Our Autonomous Driving Campus offers the infrastructure you need to work productively and focus on the software for the automobile of the future.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What should you bring along?</p> <ul> <li>University degree in engineering, Computer Sciences, or related subjects.</li> <li>Strong expertise in ISO26262 application and process</li> <li>Ideally certification in safety management (TÜV Süd certified).</li> <li>Expertise in managing safety critical systems with multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Expertise in utilizing agile development methodology like Kanban.</li> <li>Business-fluent English and German language skills of at least B1.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>You are enthused by an innovative-volatile environment? - Apply now! </p> <p> </p> <p>Note: Please apply exclusively online via our career portal.
