THE JOB:

As a Security Training Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our Security team is prepared to handle any situation with professionalism, confidence, and expertise. You’ll design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering a wide range of critical topics, including de-escalation techniques, the appropriate use of physical force, life safety protocols, and emergency response skills like CPR and AED.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop innovative and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of our Security team

• Serve as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and excellence in security practices

• Focus on safety and compliance by ensuring all Security team members are certified and compliant with property policies and regulatory standards

• Empower the team by training Security personnel in de-escalation techniques, physical force protocols, life safety procedures, and emergency response methods (CPR, AED, etc.).

• Analyze and improve team performance by evaluating and identifying opportunities for growth and implement targeted training to address gaps

• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with the overall goals of the department and organization

• Keep up with the latest trends in safety and security to ensure our team is always prepared

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses a strong professional background in law enforcement, with a strong focus on training and development

• Has exceptional knowledge of de-escalation techniques, physical force protocols, and life safety measures

• Possesses a proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others to achieve their full potential

• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver impactful training sessions

• Certifications in CPR, AED, or other emergency response protocols

• A commitment to guest service and a knack for handling high-pressure situations with professionalism

• The ability to navigate complex challenges and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$66,500.00 - $110,900.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
