About the role
Where you’ll work:
This role will be onsite in Swedesboro, NJ. Once trained, hybrid 3 days in the office.
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and assisting with monthly close processes
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed assets registers and capital expenditure analyses
- Preparation, reconciliation and filing of sales and use taxes via third party provider
- Preparing inventory/cost accounting journal entries, valuations and analyses
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with credit card and travel expense management
- Meeting reporting deadlines
- Able to meet the demand of ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Responding to information requests with annual audits and tax engagements
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ve done:
- BS in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of hands on accounting experience
- Experience with SAGE MAS 500, NetSuite, QuickBooks or other similar General Ledger software packages desirable
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft tools; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable
- Experience with setting priorities and managing multiple to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends on occasion

- Compensation range is $50K-$60K depending on experience
