Who We Want
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the CEO and COO. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, project manager, and liaison across the organization, ensuring efficient execution of key priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, and has the ability to lead and execute complex projects independently.

What You Need

Strategic and Operational Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and COO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and manage executive-level priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Project Management

  • Oversee and drive progress on key projects across the organization, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement systems to monitor and report on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Take ownership of specific initiatives as directed by the CEO and COO, ensuring successful execution.

Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for key external relationships, including tax advisors, estate planners, and investment professionals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the CEO and COO in meetings and follow up on action items with internal teams or partners.

Scheduling and Communication

  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling to maximize productivity for the CEO and COO.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, briefing materials, and summaries.
