FUNCTION

The Beverage Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience.

 SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for taking orders from guests and returning these orders in a timely manner.
  • Keep wok area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to guest limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
  • Handling all transactions according to the cash handling policy.
  • Be able to use all bar equipment and BERG Beverage System as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
  • All other duties as assigned

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships among all Team Members and guests.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 6 months of work experience in serving is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
