Clinical Research Project Manager A

Job Description Summary

The position is responsible for implementation of an innovative program to facilitate linkage to care for individuals with opioid use disorder in the inpatient, emergency department or outpatient setting. The position will require supervision of two substance use navigators. This position will cultivate partnerships with existing OUD related programs within the Penn Health System and with community partners. The position will require data management and reporting to SAMHSA.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Program implementation of linkage to OUD treatment from inpatient, ED and outpatient settings
   

• Oversight and training of substance use navigation staff
   

• Data management and reporting to SAMHSA
   

• Budget management including ordering of supplies
   

• Direct patient care.
   

• Outreach to existing and new community partners
   

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
   

CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
