The Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative solutions, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality products. The leader will be responsible for leading engineering teams, defining and executing on technical strategies, and ensuring the success of our product development efforts.

Cool Things You’ll Do

• Work in close collaboration with the CTO to define and execute the technical strategy, architecture, and standards.
• Evangelize the technical direction of the company and lead engineering teams to adopt and implement the technical roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across the engineering team, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the industry and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

What you Bring to the Table

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with product roadmaps.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's systems and applications.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering department and use data to drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, external partners, customers, and vendors.
