Customer Demand Planning Analytics Manager

This role owns the development and deployment of analytics projects for the Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration team. The role will require strong discernment and hands-on experience with large data sets to help answer business questions. A mix of technical and interpersonal skills will be needed to effectively lead analytics projects that support business processes.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop Analytical Solutions and Data visualizations for planning team

  • Lead the deployment of analytics solutions that provide push button access to large data sets
  • Hands on development of visualizations that help planners improve accuracy and communication
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams  to align on data architecture for all planning and customer data sets
  • Leverage data visualization platforms (Domo, Tableau, Sigma)  to simplify & automate data sharing

- Lead analytics transformation on planning team

  • Serve as analytics translator to demand planners and CPFRs
  • Introduce new analytics technology to planners and train the team on how to apply data concepts to solving business problems
  • Lead identification of business problems that analytics can help solve

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, finance, statistics, computer science, business or related field

- At least 5 years in supply chain planning roles or equivalent knowledge of:

  • Inventory planning and multi echelon inventory optimization
  • Demand Planning and demand sensing
  • Replenishment Planning
  • Production Master Scheduling
  • Customer analytics

- Experience in:

  • SQL and Python,
  • data prep concepts (Domo ETL, Alteryx, Tableau Prep etc),
  • Excel or Google Sheets
  • Visualization tools (Power BI, Domo, Sigma, and/or Tableau)
  • Supply chain planning software (Kinaxis Rapid-Response, SAP IBP, SAP APO, etc) 
  • Cloud environments (Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform) and SAP (R/3, ECC or S4)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in data science related field
  • APICS certification


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $112,000.00 - $164,850.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
