We are seeking a skilled Training Consultant to join our Construction Industries Training team working within the Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Core Regions Division. This role will have responsibility to support our Training Transformation.

What You Will Do:
Provide expertise in developing and delivering training modules, courses and programs for the new Learning Experience Platform (LXP); ensuring that courses and materials are relevant and have an exceptional user experience.

  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining training materials to ensure quality and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Super User / Senior Administrator / User Access Management (LXP internal)

  • LXP Site Layout Designer / AI Optimization

  • Content Library Curator and Learner Experience Instructional Designer

  • Live System Demos & Advanced Troubleshooting

  • Analyzing new training methods, tools and content options to determine the feasibility of use and application in future dealer training programs.

  • Consulting business partners on training requirements and content development.

  •  Must be able to travel up to 20% (Domestic & International)

  • Training Operations: Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Progressive work experience in training or learning roles with a focus on digital content / platforms

  • Previous experience acting as an architect for new training platform launch

  • Experience working in an international environment and in a highly complex matrix environment

About Customer Solutions Core Regions Division:
The Customer Solutions Core Regions Division is committed to solving customer challenges that extend beyond purchasing machines and parts. This team, alongside dealers, will engage more closely with customers, to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing. The division will be regionally on the unique needs of customers in core regions, focused on Americas North, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
