LOCATION: Heritage Place, Lawrence, MA
SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday - Friday, flexible to cover two evenings/week, as required, and occasional Saturday hours.
The CFS Senior Program Director IFFS, (Intensive Flexible Family Support-Behavioral) provides oversight to maintain meaningful relationships with family and staff as part of the greater team to prevent additional crisis and potential residential placement for clients.
Essential Functions:
Clinical/Programmatic:
- Collaborate with VP of Children & Family Services in review and assignment of all referrals for the Children’s Home and Community Intensive Family Support Program.
- Monitor the development and implementation of IFSP’s for families in the program.
- Assist VP of Children & Family Services in program development and expansion.
- Oversee assignment of program resources to best meet the needs of families served.
- Responsibility for hiring program staff and promoting training and professional growth of staff.
- Monitoring and composing Charting the Life Course.
- Supervise IFFS Case Managers in program.
- Monitor the electronic database records on all families being served.
- Assist in coordination of the internal evaluation of all Children & Family Services programs.
- Assist with carrying caseload for families served.
- Work with other agencies and departments to ensure cohesiveness in services.
- Provide direct support to families in the program that require high level of behavioral support.
- Provide training and direct support to the IFFS Intensive Behavioral Case Managers on development, implement, and support parent training models and other behavioral interventions.
Administrative:
- Assist in program budget development and monitoring.
- Assist in development of DDS proposals including RFRs, budgets, amendments, and associated funding.
- Assist and monitor compliance of Children & Family Services Program with agency policies/procedures and with applicable regulations of contracting agencies.
- Ensure all required documentation is submitted on a monthly basis to supervisor and/or DDS.
- Flexibility in scheduling and traveling as needed to serve clients/support staff.
- Perform other duties as agreed upon with the VP of Children & Family Services.
- Engage in community activities and supports (both for individual clients and/or dept./agency as a whole.
- Collaborate with Vice President of Children and Family Services in oversight of Consults to programming.
- Responsible for completion of all state and area DDS reports and documentation including Mid-year reviews, year-end reports and prior approvals.
- Liaison to the Fiscal Department and Human Resources Department of the agency.
- Execute contracts within the budget.
- Ensure budgets are monitored and invoices submitted in a timely manner.
- Compete monthly billing for area contracts.
- Provide consistent and timely supervision to all staff.
