Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><h2><strong>Your Impact</strong></h2> <p>As a <strong>Manager, Solutions Architects</strong>, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering technical excellence in solution architecture across Axon’s Real-Time Operations (RTO) offerings. Partnering closely with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll implement and scale high-quality solution design processes while providing strategic support for mission-critical, customer-facing engagements.<br><br>You will spend approximately <strong>80% of your time leading</strong> the team and managing project delivery across your group, and <strong>20% supporting complex or unique client engagements</strong> with technical depth, particularly in emerging or highly integrated deployments. </p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid in office with 30% travel required. <br>Must be within commutable distance to one of our Hub locations listed below<br>(Scottsdale AZ, Seattle Washington, Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA)<br><strong>Direct Reports: 8 - 10 Solutions Architects</strong></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.</li> <li>Provide technical and project guidance to team members and ensure consistent quality and productivity in solution delivery.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.</li> <li>Analyze and review IT system architectures to scope and recommend technical solutions.</li> <li>Partner with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, account management, product, engineering) to ensure successful project implementation and integration.</li> <li>Participate in hiring and onboarding of new Solutions Architects.</li> <li>Ensure timely and effective project execution aligned with Axon’s solution architecture standards.</li> <li>Maintain responsibility for team performance, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.</li> <li>C
