WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. You will drive technical innovation and provide solutions to complex challenges.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, leveraging advanced technical skills and industry best practices.

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the engineering team, providing guidance, support, and expertise to junior engineers.

• Contribute to the development of our bidding solution within the data platform, focusing on streaming technologies and event-driven architecture.

• Collaborate with product managers, data architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap initiatives.

• Champion software quality, performance, and reliability, leading code reviews, testing efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Actively participate in technical forums, industry conferences, and knowledge-sharing sessions, staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Expertise in relevant programming languages, including Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with a strong focus on software engineering principles and best practices.

• Experience with event-driven architecture is required.

• Experience with marketing analytics is a big plus but not required.

• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), though experience with other providers is also welcome.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software projects from conception to deployment, meeting business objectives and customer expectations.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
