About the role
Job Description: Project Manager, Trade and LogisticsThe Project Manager, Trade and Logistics, is responsible for leading and coordinating all project management activities in support of the trade compliance and logistics areas at Conair LLC. This role ensures that trade-related processes are created, documented, maintained, and executed effectively, while also supporting other functions as required to ensure alignment, continuity, and timely execution of trade-impacted work.The Project Manager acts as a central liaison across Trade Compliance, Imports, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, logistics and service providers to ensure that trade compliance and logistics tasks are progressing as planned. This role provides visibility into status, risks, and dependencies and proactively highlights areas in need of additional support and prioritization. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for all import and logistics initiatives, including PSCs, audit remediation, process development, system enhancements and cross-functional trade workstreams.
- Manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables, ensuring work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
- Identify risks, gaps, competing priorities and resource constraints. Proactively escalate areas requiring leadership support or cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain centralized trackers and documentation to support audit readiness and leadership reporting.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are assigned, tracked, completed, and validated.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preference for Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in trade compliance, customs, supply chain or logistics.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Working knowledge of trade compliance concepts preferred.

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

- This role requires on-site presence in our Stamford CT location.
