Seasonal Part-time Office Assistant / Porter

Mandel Group is searching for a seasonal full-time or part-time apartment Office/Porter to complete our team at Lemay Lake Apartments, Eagan MN.

This position requires customer service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor. You'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, Including general office duties, marketing, resident retention, property inspections, grounds & curb appeal duties. You'll work closely with the other office team members and facilities staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we’re providing the finest customer service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the office team by answering phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and taking prospective residents on property tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding professionally to questions or concerns.
• Assist with general upkeep of the property, including trash and pet waste pickup. Maintaining clean and presentable common areas.
• Help delegate work orders and follow up with residents on maintenance requests.
• Observe and report any potential safety or maintenance issues around the property.
• Contribute to community curb appeal and the overall positive experience of residents and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday as needed.
• Comfortable with light physical work such as walking the property.
