Production Planner I CPG-MFG

DUTIES OF THE JOB:

• Develop and maintain production schedules.

• Collaborate with customer service, operations, lab, and engineering to prioritize production and address supply issues.
• Analyze daily MRP requirements, order raw materials, and schedule production accordingly.
• Maintain finished goods and raw material inventory levels based on forecasts, actual orders, and safety stock needs.
• Ensure data integrity within SAP production planning systems.
• Provide a four-week overview of the plant's rough-cut production plan.
• Support raw material purchasing by maintaining an updated rough-cut production plan in SAP.
• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams for timely material availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Create and manage production schedules for TCMC manufacturing units.

• Determine appropriate production days and times with management.
• Present key updates at weekly production schedule meetings.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in SAP and PPDS data.
• Work with supply chain teams to meet shipment targets.
• Execute daily MRP runs to plan raw material procurement.
• Assist other planners and supply chain associates as needed.

Wages: From $58,000 to $80,000 Annually.

This position is Bonus eligible.
