Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, Alternative Route to Market role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Alternative Route to Market (ARTM) strategy within a specified set of NAOU Channels. This individual must ensure the Channel is well-equipped with the necessary tools, capabilities, and focus to ensure operational excellence from order to cash. Position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation to the existing model and future scenarios.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports ARTM Directors to build ARTM Channel plans inclusive of Customer Leadership, Bottlers, Route to Market and CCBSS

  • Supports System ARTM pilot operations in new Channels with Customer Leadership and Bottlers

  • Identifies existing processes needing to be simplified, evolved or digitized to meet the current or future need of the enterprise

    • Manages the mapping of existing processes, identifies fractures or opportunities to streamline simplify and develops solutions.

    • Leads project plan for any process improvement and develops/executes change management for stakeholders

  • Designs, with system stakeholders, new processes to support ARTM models growth

  • Supports stewardship of Channel ARTM System Plan and Business Results to Bottler ARTM Leads and Channel leadership

  • Supports development of necessary training to create sales capability to achieve ARTM execution objectives within NAOU 

  • Supports Local Market Partners, Cold Drink Equipment and DSD 2.0 team to develop long term Channel solutions to support growth targets 

  • Collaborate with Bottlers and cross functional colleagues (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Customer Leadership, CCBSS, Category Operations, System Alignment, etc.) to deliver high quality solutions and project outputs

  • Collaborate and manage ambiguity with cross functional departments on complex, multi-faceted projects

  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills to inform, ask and/or act

Relationship Management

  • Builds strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders

  • Ability to challenge others and drive strategic ideas

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required

  • Project Management certification highly preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management tools and software

  • Strong change management capabilities 

Skills:

Pay Range:

$116,500 - $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
