Job Description
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Cadillac Tower – Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role:
The Assistant Manager supports Cadillac’s dealer network initiatives and facility image programs, contributing to the development of premium retail environments that reflect the brand’s luxury identity. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on dealer network activities, building relationships with dealers, field teams, internal partners, and external suppliers, and supporting innovative approaches to dealership design that align with Cadillac’s forward-thinking vision.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Assist in managing the Cadillac dealership facility image program including architects, suppliers, general contractors, as well as other GM brand colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Maintain, track, and report on dealer network planning initiatives including dealership operational readiness, dealer sales and service agreement provisions, Cadillac Project Pinnacle, National Automotive Dealer Association dealer surveys, among others.
Maintain and regularly update the Cadillac dealer network database (data cube) that includes dealership buy-sell activity, and critical performance metrics including sales effectiveness, vehicle registrations, dealer net profit; and dealership profile information: dealer company, dealer operator, dealership name, market, location, public company, minority classification among others.
Support with establishing and maintaining statements of work for GM supplier agreements and contracts for dealer network planning activities.
Work cross functionally at GM including with GM Legal in the creation of GM dealer network planning dealer agreements, contracts, terms and conditions.
Coordinate special projects with the GM dealer network planning and investments team, and maintain official records where GM has a financial and/or other legally binding obligation.
Assist with financial tracking of Cadillac dealer network planning’s annual budget, and financial transactions with dealers. Tracking includes using the GM dealer open account or GM bank wire transfers.
Assist to track and maintain complaint status of dealership readiness, to sell and service Cadillac products, e.g. critical equipment and special tools, as part of the GM Dealer Sales and Service Agreement.
Work and support the Cadillac field team in business priorities, communications and project planning.
Present to leadership occasionally regarding dealer network status.
Collaborate with dealers and meet in person to conduct dealer network planning activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years’ experience in sales, service, marketing, customer experience.
