Financial Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site) | Type: Corporate (Full-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking across multiple business units. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure decisions are informed, accurate, and aligned with company goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly management reporting, delivering accurate, actionable insights to leadership.

• Analyze financial data to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Monitor key performance indicators and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for operational and strategic reporting.

• Partner with business leaders to align financial performance with company objectives.

• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Translate data into concise, impactful presentations using tools such as Oracle Analytics or Power BI.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or corporate finance.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or similar BI tools preferred.

• CPA certification or MBA is a plus.

• Automotive industry experience helpful but not required.
